Talent Opinion leverages the combination of an in-house knowledge base, NLP Models, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to perform a true analysis of a candidates' match and fit level against a job description/requirements/posting.
Talent Opinion provides an unbiased perspective on potential matches, akin to feedback from a colleague. While many other services rely on algorithmic matching based on skills, some employ varying degrees of Machine Learning (ML), resulting in a matrixed view of their results. In contrast, Talent Opinion's results are fluid and more human-like.
Talent Opinion is designed to complement your traditional job board or any resume intake channel (such as your company's careers page) by providing a human-like assessment of a candidate's fit level. This occurs after any pre-filtering by your job board.
If you happen to have a resume list, Talent Opinion will help you identify which resumes require your or your team's immediate attention for review and potential next steps. This minimizes the time spent by you or your team on searching, reviewing, and making decisions regarding these next steps.
Talent Opinion for Leaders is currently on Beta Launch Mode (BLM)*. Talent Opinion for Job Seekers is currently on final development and testing phases, and will be released soon.

The primary capabilities of Talent Opinion for leaders are designed to assist talent leaders in determining whether a candidate is a potential fit, a good fit, a great fit, or not a fit at all. It offers human-like explanations for the fit analysis.
Talent Opinion for Job Seekers is designed for anyone who is looking for new job opportunities across one or multiple organizations, and the primary capabilities are designed to assist job seekers in determining whether they are a potential fit, a good fit, a great fit, or not a fit at all. More importantly, it offers a human-like perspective of what to do to improve their fit.
We follow strict security protocols to ensure that all information is kept confidential and secure. This includes implementing secure data storage, and limiting access to sensitive information.
Additionally, Talent Opinion removes all names, email addresses, telephone numbers, etc., before performing any review, analysis or comparison to prevent exposure to LLMs, in-house models, and algorithms.

Talent Opinion incorporates preventive and security AI features to minimize the occurrence of inappropriate questions from users and inappropriate answers from our chat capability. These AI features are configured to err on the side of caution rather than relaxation.
In some cases, the chat capability might interpret a question as inappropriate, even if it doesn't initially appear so.
However, Talent Opinion cannot guarantee that issues won't arise when using our chat capability.
